This event empowers Delaware students through leadership development workshops on inclusive practices, student voice, project management, and effective communication. It offers an opportunity for students interested in TSA, BPA, DECA, Educators Rising, FCCLA, or HOSA, or TSA to build leadership skills, connect with peers, and gain confidence for future careers.

The 2026 SLC promises two days of competition, learning, and connection, featuring:

Tackle challenges in fields such as Architectural Design, Biotechnology, Coding, Cybersecurity, Digital Video Production, Dragster Design, Engineering Design, Fashion Design & Technology, Geospatial Technology, Inventions & Innovations, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, STEM Animation, Photographic Technology, Robotics, Structural Engineering, System Control Technology, Website Design, and Video Game Design.
Interactive Workshops: Hands-on learning with industry and education leaders to explore technological advancements and build real-world skills.
Keynote Speakers: Inspiring STEM leaders will share their journeys, motivating students to push boundaries.
Networking Opportunities: Meet peers, mentors, and professionals—building connections that last.
Awards & Recognition: Our conference concludes with a ceremony celebrating outstanding achievements and leadership in STEM.
Besides hosting Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) and State Leadership Conference (SLC), Delaware TSA additionally hosts a plethora of events year round. For instance, students are apply to participate leadership building/teamwork programs or workshops (e.g. Mentorship Program, Winter Leadership Lunch). Furthermore, Delaware TSA is extending its "service" aspect, where it is currently integrating volunteer projects, like Red Cross and hosting existing ones, such as STEM Day and the annual Beach Cleanup.
By supporting Delaware TSA, TSA students are positively impacted through the increased opportunities and resources.
